The shuttle loom’s product has two natural layers through the design of the warp and weft weave fabric as it overlaps the knitting structure forming a double-decked layer. The above layer does not affect the content on the bottom layer.
Advantage:

Lace label with screen-printing
The product is made after the alteration of shuttle loom.
The edges have natural shape such as lace and wave.
Afterwards adding special screen-printing bronzed technique.
Advantage:
1. The edges become more vivid in sight looking much shaper and distinct which differ from the traditional label pattern.
2. The unique hot foil technology can exhibit shining characters on the label.

1. Delivery time: the capacity is approximately two thousand per day due to manual labor required to assist the use of the machinery in the operation process.

Environmental protection Thermal Dye Sublimation label
The product is either made from 50 denier yarn and reverse satin or e100 denier taffeta materials which utilize the Thermal Dye Sublimation printing technique. Concurrently it can also be used on the elastic braid.
Advantage:
1. Osmotic printing technology produces excellent color shade effects.
2. The dye fastness and environmental protection level all attain internationally recognized standards.
3. The use of outstanding weave technique and materials results in soft hand feeling and slippery level that is similar with silk.
Disadvantage:
1.Sample and film charge: every single color charge RMB 350.
2.Minimum ordering quantity: thirty thousand labels or five thousand meter ribbon.

Tridimensional double-label
The bottom layer utilized the thermal dye sublimation printing technique and the laser cutting processing on the above layer constructing the logo to look very vivid. In addition, the printing color of the bottom layer appears through the interspaces of the above layer, giving the label a strong third dimension visual effect. The labels also add a special edge embroidery process. Hence, the three-dimensional double-label not only has softer edges, it also represents the individuation of the intending labels.
Advantages:
The label has a reasonable price as it has high requirements of material selection and technology standards. It could be adapted to all kinds of different textile allowing flexibility and also lead the label development fashion trend. (Each one charge 0.8 Yuan for the size 2.5cm * 6.5cm).
